Deposit and Cancellation Information

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED:

BILLING:
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. All card transactions will be charged in NZD and Oceanside Twin Tower will appear on your card statement. A tax invoice can only be provided upon departure of your stay.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
No Show or within 7 days of arrival: NO refund will be issued (100% of total amount paid at time of booking will be retained by the property)
8 - 14 days before arrival: 25% of total amount paid at time of booking will be refunded
15 - 21 days before arrival: 50% of total amount paid at time of booking will be refunded
22 - 28 days before arrival: 75% of total amount paid at time of booking will be refunded
29+ days before arrival: 100% of total amount paid at time of booking will be refunded

RECEPTION HOURS:
Daily: 8:30am to 10:00am and 2:10pm to 6:00pm
Public Holidays and weekends: 2:00pm to 5:00pm

Reception is staffed 8:30am to 6:00pm and available for inquiries via email at info@oceanside.co.nz.

CHECK-IN time is from 3pm until 6pm.
If you require a late check in this is absolutely fine but you will need to complete the pre check-in process which will be emailed to you approximately 24 hours before your arrival. Once this has been received we will either email or text you our LATE ARRIVAL details before we close Reception. , please email info@oceanside.co.nz to make arrangements for your key collection. Upon registration a credit card imprint and I.D. will be required. If you are paying by debit card a bond will be payable on arrival.

CHECK-OUT time is by 10am.
If you require a later check out, please contact reception to check availability. A late check-out fee may apply.
