Myself and Kelly would like to say a big THANKYOU for your great hospitatity over the weekend 1-2 Dec.Your staff were exceptional in everything! The room was awesome and for letting us keep our car park. And the use of the shower after the Tinman Tri was way beyond what we expected. We will be recommeding you to our friends and will be back next year for sure. Once again a big THANKYOU for a wonderful experience.

Stayed one night... was fabulous, not long enough. Room 344. Guy on the desk was a real asset to your company (Jared) - he needs a pat on the back. Initially wanted an ocean view apartment but nothing was left but this 2 bdrm apartment, he showed it to me first, nothing was a bother... People like this need to know they are doing a great job :)

I would like to thank all the dedicated staff at Oceanside, I travel a lot with work and stay in many hotels/motels ,there is never a problem with my stay at oceanside the service is always great, excellent facilities clean and tidy at all times. Drew and Vanessa on the front desk always a welcoming smile. Will definitely be staying here for years to come.

Hi there, I just wanted to share with you that we had a lovely couple of nights staying at the Oceanside Resort in the beginning of the month & even after returning to busy schedules the fantastic customer service that we received (from Drew in particular) has not been forgotten. A number of our friends also stayed in the Oceanside Resort & Twin Towers complex that weekend (most of these guests being pilots for Qantas or Air NZ ) and they all had very favourable feedback. Its nice to find this level of customer service is alive and well in Mount Maunganui. Thanks alot, I am sure that you will see many of us (& our friends) back again.
